Did tune up... now have a problem
Ok I did a tune up on my 98 5.9 new plugs,wires, cap, and button. started the truck and now I have a back fire and it feels like it's not running on all 8 cylinders. I'm checking the firing order next. any help would be great.

Yep, verify firing order. Also, there is a tech service bulletin for plug wire routing in the FAQ/DIY section.
Given the location of the distributor, it's real easy to mix a couple wires.....
