Default 2001 dodge ram 1500 slt front and rear end issues

I have a 2001 dodge ram 1500 slt with 75k miles on it i have a few problems with it when hitting the break or hitting a bump even when going around a turn and hitting the break you feel clunking in the steering wheel and petals it almost feels like the steering column is moving but its not... i replaced the ball joints and the breaks also a the big sway bar yet it still clunks.. the steering has no play in it at all also sometimes when i go around a turn the rear end vibrates the rear end bearings where done a year ago this only started happening a week ago any suggestions?

Do you have a limited slip rear? May just need to put the correct fluid in it.

And it's still chattering? Wonder if it wasn't actually the correct fluid.....
