rear spring replacement NEED HELP!!!
I got a 99 2500 4wd with 5.9 v8. Im needing to replace my rear leaf springs due to sagging. I was wondering if any of yall have dealt with this. i have a 28ft 5th wheel camper that i will be towing. It weighs roughly 9k an that would be my heaviest load. Jus need ideas, im tryin to keep the 35s thats on it an ill be replacing the front 2" spacers with progressive rate 3" coils in the front any help will be appreciated.
Look for a specialty spring shop near you. Either that, or if you are using blocks for the additional lift in back, lose the extra blocks, and get lift springs. I *think* the rear leaf packs are still available from the dealer.
Im wanting to ditch the factory rear blocks. To help Eliminate Axle wrap. I was thinking about using skyjacker soft ride springs but not sure how they hold up for towing. An as too talkin too a spring shop what are the right questions to ask an how do i explain to them what i want so there is no miscommunication

The bump stop is part of that block, so, eliminating it may not be the best idea.
Spring shop will want to know length of your springs from eye to eye, and how much lift you are going to want. Probably how many leaves as well...... They will have some recommendations. Listen to what they have to say.
