Parts fell in. Where could they be?

There the missing parts laid just out of reach under the intake. Very easy to get with the keg out pof the way.
Definitely going to be replacing a few things going back together. New EGR, Cap, rotor, thermostat, possibly a couple of the cruddier looking sensor doodads found around the keg.
That Hughes plate must be doing it's job. Dry as a bone in the upper intake. Though I'm going to be very tempted to order an M1 plus install kit I think. Too bad they are so spendy.
