Default 2001 Dodge Ram 3.9 Magnum Ticking (w/video)

Trying to figure out what the cause of the ticking is. Gets worse when engine is warming up. Does not affect performance. Truck is still drive-able.
2001 Dodge Ram V6 3.9 Magnum. Please advise!

Take the serp belt off, and run the engine a bit. See if the noise is gone.

That sure sounds like valve train noise though..... especially in the second vid.
