Question floor patch source?

Anyone have a source for floor patches? I found plenty of sources for outers, but no inners (area where the brake cable passes through the floor).

They aren't that hard to make from scratch

Although, because of those custom rockers I probably couldn't have use the original shape for the floor. Still need to redo the right side and bunch of other things.

I was going through the LMC truck catalog, and there is a part of the floor at the page 11, p/n 56-9300.

Sorry, I said it backwards in my original message. I need the "outer" which would be the part that goes all the way to the rocker. That one, I assume by shape (turns up to the tunnel) and size (only 15" wide), that its the one that everyone else seems to stock.

Thanks for looking.

"LH CAB FLOOR SECTION DOES NOT EXTEND TO ROCKER"

This seems to the only one that is made, I checked all the sheet metal places i know of and they all say this. You will have to fab up something or cut what you need out of another truck. I have had to this with floor pans before.

You can see an actual pic here of it.

Just had my driver side floor replaced. I was not able to find an outer pan. The only one I could find was the inner from the trans tunnel out. It nowhere near cover the whole area of the rust. The outer pan had to be fabbed.

Found a local yard with an acceptable floor.... some light surface and a small spot that I'll mig in a repair. Rest of it is good, better than what I have and should save some time/effort.

Finally put my 18v reciprocating saw to good use. Pic for your entertainment !

So I did some more cutting on it, but to the part I already cut out.

Used a multi-tool from HF with a putty knife attachment to remove the floor coating and seam sealer.

Then I cut the rocker off and went after the spot welds with my air hammer using a spot welder chisel.

I'm about ready to sand blast the donor... I'm going to fill in the factory holes in the floor, they leak. Probably cut off some of the inner rocker area and replace. But for this area, the donor is pretty good.

Anyone interested in the metal cab support? Its pretty clean w/o rust. I don't need it for mine, but I could remove it cleanly and send it out. Otherwise I'll save time and cut it off in pieces. PM me if you're interested.
