They ARE cheap pot-metal though
I don't think they are that low a quality! Might try a local Fastenal, You may be able to get them cheaper than what the dealer want's.

That was the bottom . However there was a tone of oil in the inside

Think I would be running a high-detergent oil, and changing it every 2000 miles for a while.

I also purchased an aluminum plenum plate from an eBay seller and was very happy with it. As for the factory intake bolts, I think its best to replace them as they are low grade bolts. I had one snap on me when installing my 5.9 motor into my truck. The bolts were screwed into the heads without the intake on the motor.

Check EBay. There are several sellers out there, almost of of 'em are cheaper than hughes.
