Arrow Doesn't like the rain

I have a 95 ram 1500, that doesn't like rain. it runs fine for a mile or so then drops cylinders and wont pull. it will idle however. after a few days of no rain it runs fine. Need some ideas, computer, cap rotor ,wires, coil, have all been changed. it does however have 325,000 miles on it. never touched.

Had an 89 Camaro and in the early 90s had this same problem. Distributor rebuild fixed it.

Is the seal for the hood, right above the dist cap in place?

yes it is, but did have to re-glue it once. The funny thing about this is it only does it if it sets in rain, and then try to go. wont do it if your driving when it starts to rain.

I would be tempted to open the hood, start it up, and start spraying water around, see what happens. I suspect it is ignition related.

What plug wires did you get?
