How long did you have them in so far? I'm kinda leery about the fans stop working and it fries the led in a year or two. Also what does the high beam pattern look like compared to standard bulbs? From what i seen they don't look as good(pattern wise) on high.

I've had em for about 6-8 months. I had a few problems with the connectors not making good connection to the stock harness but i attribute that to my harness having cheap replacement connectors. I know 5 other guys that have em with factory connectors and not one has had a problem.
High beams really aren't that different or much brighter than low. At the same time the lows are good enough that i don't need high and i do a lot of night driving. Easy way to tell if the fans are working is you can hear a low hum when you turn em on. And it's easy enough to just pop a regular bulb in if something goes wrong because the LED is drop in. This pic is my lows

I went with xenon filled bulbs and their amazing. About the same as your LED. They were like 60$ for the set but we'll worth it. They were direct fits. I'd like to compare side by side thou

I would too! You got a link to the ones you got? These LEDs are just a tad less bright than HID. In fact i get asked if they're HID all the time. Don't scatter and blind people like HID either

What brand xenon filled bulbs? i was considering the silverstar zxe's but from what i could find they are about 4000K. I was looking for more of a white light around 5000K where most hid and leds are.

I'd like to compare side by side thou
Wouldn't we all! That would be to easy! Unfortunately we have to look at lumen and kelvin outputs, cost and life expectancy to figure out what is best.

I found this link to be a good read for info on led hid and zenon lights.

That's the ones I got silver star Sylvanias. Their straight white when on. You won't be disappointed I can send a pic once It gets dark. High beams on the highway will light up as far as you can see easily 200 yards. They light reflectors so good. It's like a video game haha. My eyes are so bad I was scared driving at night. I really like the pattern too. Nice and wide and not too high like up in the trees. I have crystal clean lenses but their not straight clear like new trucks u can't really see the bulb. They have the pattern inside the lense. And when it's daylight out the lenses glows blue from the bulb color when off. It's cool. I don't think they'll compete with HID but you also don't have to change lenses or houseing. And 60$ is alot cheaper then most kits. For HID. I'm not a big fan of the colored ones because id be worry about color matching my truck.

Those Sylvania bulbs are what i had before these. I like these way more and they'll last more than a year

IIRC they're 2200lm lows and 6000k. Pure white though no blue

Yep, I have SBL headlights as well. Comparing them to SilverStars is hilarious. These are LEDs and will last a hell of a lot longer than halogens, especially SilverStars. You don't have to worry about water, oil, or vibrations killing them since there's no filament. You say the SilverStars are $60, well SBL LEDs are $100 but are brighter, have a much better pattern, and last much much longer.

I've had mine for 6 months with new OEM housings, zero issues. I agree highs aren't much brighter, only difference is more light up top and to the sides. PURE white, no hint of blue.
