Default Wiring Help Needed

1997 Dodge ram 2500 Reg cab. I have a 4 pin connector down by brake pedal hanging that has blue, red, black, and white wires. I have no power for windows and door locks. Im guessing its this connector needing plugged in causing the no power issue but can't seem to find where it goes. ANy help would be appreciated.

Go up about 10 or 12" and goes into a larger white connector then goes out the firewall I believe

That may be for the trailer brake controller if you have the trailer package.

Might be I cant find this connector in shop manual. I just assumed it was power to doors since either door has power for anything. Locks and windows.

Check fuse 1 and 2 in the power distribution center. (under the hood.) make sure those are both good.

So check the circuit breakers in the fuse block. (side of the dash), see if you are getting power there.

On my truck, the drivers side connector AT the switch is somewhat flaky, and if it loosens up, none of the windows work. Power locks are a totally separate system.
