no lowbeam passenger side

Default no lowbeam passenger side

i have a 2000 ram 1500 with no low beam lamp on passenger side. fuses are good and both 12v pins test good at socket, but no ground on center. high beam works both sides. any ideas?

it is a single bulb on each side.

of course i tried a new bulb. with no ground at the harness the bulb is not the issue

Had the same problem on the Drivers side, ended up cutting the wire and re-connecting...ground is spliced (on mine anyhow) on the side yellow (running lights?) that was all rusted. With very limited elbow room, I just cut the ground wire and spliced in a new ground source. Low and High is back on par.
