truck has bad shudder

Default truck has bad shudder

i have a 1994 dodge ram 2500 5.9 12 valve cummins diesel. just had the automatic transmission rebuilt 500 miles ago. when driving the truck at around 1100 rmps when the t/c locks up in 4th gear at around 42 to 48 mph the whole shudders as if its a misfire but its not i have read that the pcm could be the culprit if so where would i find one all i can find is the ecm if someone could point me in the right direction that would be great..

If you step on the gas, or slow down, does the shudder change? Does it ever go away completely in O/D, with TCC locked?
