Over the past few weeks, the truck has developed a vibration in the front wheel on the passenger side of the truck, almost like a bearing went out or something. But, it only happens when i turn/merge right at higher speeds. If I am going slower its not noticeable and there is no popping sound.

The vibration is not one where it shakes the car or anything its almost like a 'hmmm' and you can feel it with your feet and the steering wheel.

Any ideas of what could be the issue?
