And to add a little more detail to the 98 Sport discussion, there is a 98, and a 98½ year model.
Those built after May 30th 1998 are 98½, and have the previously mentioned differences.
Those built before, the "does not fit 98 Sport" note does not apply, as the parts are the same as the regular 98... it is only the bumper paint and decals that make it a Sport.

Here is an excellent write-up on the headlight relay mod.

I understand the basics of wiring and using relays (the two of lights on my roll bar) I just want a plug and play kit

Mine wasn't exactly plug-n-play but I did make it easier. I bought heavy duty 9007 light plugs and 9007 sockets. My new wiring just plugs into the existing harness for power and relay control and then onto the bulbs. Of course, I needed only one of the original headlight connections, the other ( pass side) I just taped off.

Yup, I was going to say this because I've got a 98. It has the sport stickers and all but the only thing done on it is the paint is matched on the bumper and grill and it has some stickers on the bed. Not much really, I think it may have also come with some exhaust upgrades or that could have been an add-on package.
