Erm, what year truck? What engine? What model? (1500? 2500?) 2 or 4 wheel drive? We need a LOT more information before we can give you a good answer.

Welcome to DF!

It's a 2000 ram 1500 sport 4x4 with a 5.9 and I'm pretty sure it has the 46re tranny

You need a trans out of a 2000-2002 1500/2500 with the 318, or 360. Nothing else will be a direct bolt-in. And yes, it is indeed a 46RE.... You can use one out of a 96-99, but, you will have to change the electronics in the trans.
