Not sure, at first I couldn't get it to slide forward enough to get to the back bolt, it feels like there is a catch in there somewhere not allowing me to slide it forward far enough to get to the second

You mean sliding it forward by the lever on the side? The center bolt or the outside?

Try reaching under the seat as you pull the lever and helping it. It may not be fully disengaging

Pass side

So its a 40//20/40 seat. I can't remember right now but is the seat belt through the hole you are talking about?

Here is how it was at first

Here is after I finally got it to move and was able to get the rear bolt out

And here is the bolt in question about 2 inches in front of the 1 I took out

I realize its a mess, I was just given this truck a few days ago and yes 40/20/40

The release lever in the first picture with the wire on it SHOULD have another wire/cable in the empty hole across from the hole in front.

That wire should connect to the passenger's side rail (inner rail towards center) and pull out to release the seat. Look for the broken wire or hole it goes in and pull out on that part, then try to slide it alond the rail.
