Since it's a modification to the door buzzer, it makes sense that it's a technical discussion. Anyone who has an issue with the door buzzer system would most likely benefit when performing a search. It would stand to reason that [most] people would center a search in the technical section and not the general section.
I always think of who might possibly benefit from any threads I start when choosing the forum, when posting.
