Default Right rear brake locked up 2001 dodge 1500

Right rear wheel is locked up. I hope it is just the brake. I read somewhere there is not a way to back the brake off? Any advise would be greatly appreciated on getting the drum off. Truck is on jacks in neutral, driver side spins fine. passenger side is locked up tight.

There should be an access hole behind the backing plate. Usually has a rubber plug in it. You can get to the adjusting screw that way.

But, you have to push the adjusting lever (flat metal feller that actually acts on the star wheel of the adjuster) away from the star wheel in order to be able to turn it backwards.

I would loosen it up, and pull the drum. Make sure you don't have something else strange going on in there.
