Default Truck won't start

Hey guys, I have a 99 cummins and it won'the start. It started and ran fine this morning but when I went to go to work it wouldn't crank or do anything. I have battery and everything electronic works fine. I just put a new starter in a month ago along with a FASS lift pump. There is two blown 30 amp fuses, but idk if that would keep it from starting. And the air bag light is now on the dash. Any suggestions? And it doesn't crank or anything also

Does anything at all happen when you turn the key to start?

have you tried swapping the starter relay with another one?

Check your positive cable off the battery that goes to the solenoid. If it's loose it won't turn over just click once and youl still have lights.
The nut could had vibrated loose
