Hi guys! Im in search of a serpentine belt 1/2"-1" shorter for my 99 dodge ram 1500 5.9L v8 with a/c To accomidate the smaller pulley on my aftermarket altenator. Im not looking to change out pulley, for power purposes. Does anybody know who might make something that size?

Your best bet would to probably run a string through the pulleys to figure out exactly the size you need then search that size on dayco's website and see what's the closest they have.

You might want to see if you can use a smaller idler or tensioner pulley that would fit.

I have found most parts stores to be completely useless on items like this. If they cant pull it up on their screen they cant help. Its sad really, youd think theyre be at least one honest to god gearhead in a parts store.
