Recently replaced the alternator when mine went out and that was 2 days ago

Today i noticed when starting the dash lights with my instrument cluster flashed a few times even though the lights were set to off they flashed a few times and turned off

While at autozone returning my old alternator to get my core charge back i started my truck and it died instantly and started it again and it was good

99 ram 1500 5.9l 4x4

Other than that my money pit is perfect!

 

Recheck your battery terminals, and also the connections at the alternator. Make sure that fat ground strap is nice and tight.
