Default Electrical issue in cab?

My dad and I were recently trying to replace my stereo with an aftermarket one in my '99 Dodge Ram 1500. Long story short, the aftermarket stereo was broken in transit. We went to throw the original stereo in and I got no power. My interior dome lights don't come on when someone opens the door, or if you try to turn them on with the dial. Basically something happened and I lost power inside of my cab. The dash lights that light up my gauges still come on, but everything else has no power. Again, thanks for the help yall!

I checked all of the fuses and they're all fine.

IOD fuse. It's under a little cover in the fuse block on the side of the dash. Easy to overlook.

As I said, easy to miss. I am unsure why Dodge chose to hide that one under a cover.
