It sounds like either a grounding issue, bad/loose connection in general, or a bad stereo.
I have aftermarket Sony w/removable face in our 2000 Ram, I had that same issue with the Xfinity speakers cutting in and out.
I fixed it by cutting and reconnecting everything with solder on the backside of the stereo itself (the Sony required a sony adapter), and in the doors.
im also having a lighting problem also so im thing a bad ground from the battery my over head lightts that you press them in to turn on well 1 of them turns on by itself sometimes when hitting a bump i have 3 grounds coming from the negative 1 is going to engine the other is going to the bumper and the other is going to the body in front i might add 1 going to the another part of the body and another to the chassis

what about the 2 upper firewall grounds? One goes to the B1 head, the other goes to the Trans Control Unit. I would assume that these would pose some aspect on the cab itself being well grounded eve though there is a lower set of grounds between the block and chassis, chassis and batt, batt and ECU, aside from the two you mentioned.
I love our Ram, but all these additional electronics they decided to pile on beginning in about '85 are mind numbing(widely considered the death for all US vehicle manuf caused by EPA regulation changes)
TBH if it wasn't the family DD, and the only vehicle we had, I would tear it all down and go Gilligan's Island on it!
The Gen2 Rams are kept So simple and primitive it would not be difficult for one with good wrenching skills and at least a medium level understanding of electronic systems, to revert the operating status of these trucks to more like the builds used in 1971 when the First 360ci LA engines were introduced to the world.
There are a few obvious roadblocks to that theory but most are easily navigated around, like the Comp controlled AT--either go Go stick, or with the ole Hydrostatic Auto; fuel/air delivery--a Holley 350cmf 2bbl would do fine 500cmf if you prefer overkill.
Sorry--got off topic and lost in my own drool inducing thoughts.
ill check those when i was on my way to the store to get 2 ground wires and nuts and screws i noticed the passenger door speaker is working again idk how much longer that will last tomorrow it will probably be not working again this is a pain in the *** ill check out all the grounds again

Have you checked them with a speaker NOT from the truck?
I mean like, I have checked issues in various vehicles audio by tying on a little extra wire and then sitting a speaker on the floor of the vehicle just to further detect issues in the wiring. I have found everything from an invisible break of wire inside the insulation, to fractured connections in the speakers themselves (defective assembly of the cone and coil) using this method.
i just put in a aftermarket cheap speaker into the driver side were the problem mainly started at and well it works im so happy sounds amazing im putting in some new grounds tomorrow just in case and lets see if the speakers still work tomorrow
