Default Front end coil springs

I leveled out my front end
(2001 ram 1500 4wd) with used coil springs from a 95 ram 2500 and I kept the 2" coil springs that were already in there. With that being said are there any other extensions I need to put in for the swing arms or the sway bar? Right now all that is still stock setup...

You mean that you left a 2" spacer in there, with the 2500 springs? Your track bar should be at the same angle as (parallel to) your drag link off of your pitman arm. It's probably not. You now have about 4" of lift, you might want to look at a drop bracket for your track bar or an adjustable one. Others may chime in here also, but you also should take a look and see if you need a drop pitman arm too.

After I measured it it was still an inch or so off. So I think those coils were bad but I'll leave em in til I can get some lifted coils

Nope. Still learning parts as I go but I do need to add another inch or so to the height

If you want to go cheap and stay with the stock shocks you can do what I did. I got a 2 1/2" coupling nut and threaded it onto the top of my front shocks then put a bolt in the top end and cut the head off the bolt. So instead of buying longer shocks I basically extended them at the top.

I also cut the end links on the sway bar in half and welded a piece of tight fitting pipe onto them to extend them by 2".

I got a chance to get up under my front suspension to look at it today in the daylight and the sway bar links or the track bar arent at bad angles so I think I got ****ty 3/4 ton springs....
