Default Knock in the driver's side floorboard 1999 ram 1500

When driving there is a knock in the driver's side floorboard. You can feel it in your feet and hear it from inside vehicle when moving, does it in 4x4 and 2x4. It can not be heard outside the vehicle. Nothing appears to be loose, shook the drive shaft and nothing. The only thing in that area is the transfer case. I need help. It is in a 1999 dodge ram 1500 4x4.

Control arm bushings or cab mounts. There may have been a factory bulletin for the cab mounts. Good luck, Mike

If I remember correctly. There was a problem with the bushing on the shifter linkage. That would cause a knocking type sound.
