Default Gear setup ?
So with new bearings and seal what does everybody set pinion preload at ? Alldata says 19-35 inch lbs with new bearins and seal and a book i have says 15-19 in lbs ?

check the factory service manual, go the Dodges numbers.

19-35 in lbs sound more right.
I've set up several axles and this is about the range of of preloads on new pinion bearings. Make sure you are reading it correctly.
