When I turn my lights on, the left turn signal lamp comes on steady on the dash and the cruise will not work. the cruise light will come on when I press the button but it will not set. I turn the lights off and everything is normal. The turn signals and lights work normal. any ideas ?

Check both of your left turnsignal bulbs, (front and rear) one of 'em is burnt. (the filament is broken, and grounding elsewhere. )
