Fog lights wont turn off!!

Sorry, haven't gotten around to changing my profile info. Sold the 95 and just picked up a 99 shorty. It's been a while since I've been on and haven't figured that part out again.

Hello all, I have a 2001 Dodge Ram 1500 Sport. Just recently the fog lights are stuck on. Also the indicator near the headlight switch is lit up. I unplugged the switch, still on. I pull out the relay, still on. They will not turn off unless you pull the fuse. I am told it may possibly need the whole power distribution center under the hood. Any one have this problem??? Know any other things that may be the cause?? Any information at all will be greatly appreciated! Thanks!!
Fuse 1 (15 amp) in the JUNCTION BLOCK provides the 12 volts to power FOG LAMP RELAY #1. The FOG LAMP SWITCH turns this relay on.
FUSE G (10 amp) in the PDC provides the 12 volts to power the FOG LIGHTS thru the contacts of both FOG LAMP RELAY #1 and FOG LAMP RELAY # 2.
The HEADLIGHT SWITCH turns on FOG LAMP RELAY #2.
When both relays are on, then 12 volts is fed to the FOG LAMPS and the Indicator lamp on the dash.

Which fuse did you pull?

Sorry guys, I was looking at the wrong diagrams last night (3:54AM). I must be losing it! No wonder I never could find a rational cause for the symptoms. I swear I never saw 2001.
Reread the posts. I think I was looking at MNEWBOLDS' post and saw his 1999 and started thinking that was what I was looking for. I shouldn't be doing this when my eyes are crossed from lack of sleep!
The '01 diagram makes more sense, it's switched ground.

Finding grounded wire
Connector C105 connects the fog lights to the circuit. According to the '01 manual, it's behind the front bumper. With the relay pulled, if you disconnect it and the indicator light on the dash goes off, the short is between the connector and the fog lights.
If the indicator stays on. the short is in the harness somewhere between the connector, the relay, and the indicator on the dash.

Anyway you can post the diagram your looking at? Im apparently looking at the wrong diagram
