From the ground side of the connector at the compressor, (harness side) you should have continuity to the ground side of the battery, with everything hooked up. If you don't, there is a problem somewhere. (Yeah, like you didn't already know that.... )
Might try just cleaning the gounds there by the pump. Might be all it takes.

Im sure Ill be chasing the damn thing for a bit I'm going to try bypassing the low side and run a ground right from the battery to the comp and see if it kicks I am hoping its nothing with the pcm Thanks for all your help ...

If you are getting power TO the compressor, the switches, and PCM, are doing their job. Hi and low switches are just a 'sense' circuit, that tells the PCM pressures are good. PCM uses that circuit to determine when to trip the a/c relay, that actually powers the compressor. If the compressor is getting power, that implies the PCM is seeing what it thinks it should, and is controlling the relay. You just have a bad ground there.
