Grab the service manual for your truck from this thread. It has accurate wiring diagrams.

ok so checking at the g150 connection there is continuity but if i go from the clutch ground to the battery ground there is nothing unless i have to bypass low pressure to send a signal ?

From the ground side of the connector at the compressor, (harness side) you should have continuity to the ground side of the battery, with everything hooked up. If you don't, there is a problem somewhere. (Yeah, like you didn't already know that.... )

Might try just cleaning the gounds there by the pump. Might be all it takes.

Im sure Ill be chasing the damn thing for a bit I'm going to try bypassing the low side and run a ground right from the battery to the comp and see if it kicks I am hoping its nothing with the pcm Thanks for all your help ...
Is there a continuity test or anything i can do to test if the clutch is okay ??

If you are getting power TO the compressor, the switches, and PCM, are doing their job. Hi and low switches are just a 'sense' circuit, that tells the PCM pressures are good. PCM uses that circuit to determine when to trip the a/c relay, that actually powers the compressor. If the compressor is getting power, that implies the PCM is seeing what it thinks it should, and is controlling the relay. You just have a bad ground there.

Well it was that tiny ground wire at the ground termination point probe the wire above connection = ground probe at the connector no ground connect temp ground AC works now to top it up and be cooling the cab thanks for all your help my friend

Glad it worked. It is getting on toward A/C season here. (though, it is getting into the 50's at night...... wow.)((Fahrenheit))

weve had some days near 40 Celsius with humidex now to see if i can get the damn steeringknuckle off and crossing my fingers that all wheel abs and rear only abs has the same knuckle dealer says yes one wreckers says no only difference I see is one has a bearing with a wire and one doesnt. If the people i paid put the ball joints in right the first time i wouldnt have to do this that or the parts shop sold me the wrong ball joints
