Default ABS and Brake Lights

Failed inspection cuz my abs and brake light where both on. I need to get one to go off. Any ideas?

In the winter, driving in the snow and when I cut it off my abs module wouldn't quit pumping so I pulled the fuse. Am I looking at a new module?

Get codes read. May be as simple as replacing the rear wheel speed sensor.

Need to know what it's whining about then. With 4wal, there are three sensors...... any one of which could cause the same problems.

I haven't checked that. But my abs module stays pumping unless I pull the fuse. Whether the trucks on or off.

Well, the front left and right. And the rear center.

That's all of 'em.

It still runs in park, with your foot off the brake? That's just odd. Anything in the service manual for your symptoms?

Lightbulb

The brake indicator gives an indication to the vehicle
operator when the parking brake is applied, or
when there are certain brake hydraulic system malfunctions.

The CAB then sends the proper lamp-on or lamp-off messages to the instrument cluster. If the CAB sends a lamp-on message after the bulb test, it indicates that the CAB has detected a brake hydraulic system malfunction and/or that the ABS system has become inoperative

Sooo...the ABS system turns both lights on when it fails.
