P0138

Went to get the codes read today, the guy plugged the scanner in and went to start the truck and it turned over about ten times but never started. I got in and got it to start and it died as soon as I came off the gas. finally eased off the gas and it ran fine. No codes were present, light went off. I made it down the road about 4 miles and it came back on. Turned around and got the codes read. When im slowing to a stop the truck dies down to about about 200-400 rpm as im slowing, then comes back to normal rpm once i come to a complete stop. I checked vaccum lines and also checked the o2 wire for exposure. It has the 12" or 18" lead since the LT headers relocated the rear sensor.

NTK are OEM so they work 'better' but I ran a Bosch for over five years just fine. Hope you can track down the wiring issue.
