Transfer Case leak

Transfer Case leak
So my transfer case is leaking. Thought it was the Output seal, not so much. Apparently the T-case is a 3 part housing and ALL gaskets are bad. Do they sell actual seals or am I using RTV for that?
Im also looking for the tool they sell to properly do the front axle seals. I thought I was doing good with my home made one. But the axle seal is bad, again. Wanna do it right this time. Also the rear axle input seal seems to be leaking, is that a fun job?

Seal tools.
I don't think there are any gaskets on the t-case..... if you are going into it though, may not hurt to replace the chain while you are at it.
Rear pinion seal isn't too bad, read the procedure in the service manual a couple times before you dig into it though.

I got my sled for free so Im not complaining. Very true on the riding season, been debating on buying one. But im kinda holding off on making any more major purchases. I just got wind the other day a house I've wanted for quite some time may be going on the market and I get first shot at it.
