Okay start off this is a US ( im in Canada) truck not sure if it matters .Had fron ball joints on rf replaced 2 years ago less than 3000 miles since done .These were Moog ball joints ,last summer found that the right upper had popped up thru the axle so had it tacked in place like the old days then recently the lower ball joint started oblonging the knuckle to where the wheel was flopping .Had a used knuckle install and found that the last guy didnt install the clips that hold in the joint so would explain the top joint coming loose .Problem is new lower joint when pressed in as far as it would go it would not clear the groove to install the lock ring so this was tacked in .Could this have a 2500 or 3500 axle in it instead of a 1500 ???
replacement balljoints are oversized so they will enlarged the bore. if the replacements wear out, a new knuckle is required for most products. try another brand to see if they fit.
just need to know where to look ?> on the other hand i have an evap leak and i have found a vac line that connects to what appears to be a brake line union/block thats on the rear axle left side cant see where it use to connect and dont see it on any diagrams .??

That line sounds like the breather for the axle. It goes up to the bed or frame and should have a vent cap of some sort on the end of it.
