Default Help: Vibration and noise between 35-45

So I have a 1994 dodge ram 1500 4x4, here's what it's doing. Between the speeds of 35 to 45 there is a vibration and what seems to be a scratching noise. I was thinking maybe a axle bearing was going bad, but if I let of the gas the noise goes away. So is this signs of my torque convertor going bad or maybe more into my transmission? Any help would be appreciated

Put it up on jackstands, and see if it will make the noise with the rear tires off the ground. Might be able to isolate it that way.
