Default Ram 2500 crank no start has good fuel pressure and spark please help

Truck is a 2001 ram 2500 with the 5.9 gas motor. It has spark and 48psi of fuel pressure on the injector rail. Truck runs on starting fluid but if you aren't spraying fluid down the intake it wont run. Thought maybe the volume of fuel was too low so threw in a new fuel pump and regulator. No difference. Truck had sat for 8 months. I drained the tank and put fresh fuel in it also. The old fuel wasn't really that bad as I put it in my other vehicle and it ran fine. Truck doesn't show any obd codes and it runs good on starting fluid. I'm at a loss here. Any suggestions on where to look

injector pulse.

First, make sure you are getting 12 volts to the injectors while cranking.

If you are, verify the PCM is actually pulsing the injectors.

I have 12 volts to the injector but am not sure how to check the pulse.

As HeyYou told me before....Buy a noid light kit. Unplug the electric from the injecter and plug the noid light in. It will flash just like a 12V test light does on the "pulse" coil wire.
