I was moving my truck and was crawling slowly forward and went to hit reverse (i know i should stop fully, i was mad and on the phone and trying to move truck) and i hit park for a second it clicked like 5 times and i emidiatly hit reverse and backed up anf parked. Still holds in park. Did i hurt the trans?

 

That's doing exactly what it is designed to do. I doubt you hurt anything.

 

I've done that several times over my years, the sound can be very nerve wracking, but, you should be fine.
