Default No drive or reverse

So I was wondering if my transmission went out or if I'm lucky enough to just change the filter and solenoids. It was stuck in 2nd gear and drive for about a month or two only way it would drift is if I did it myself only 2nd to drive tho now it only revs. Any recommendations im hoping I don't need a new transmission or where I could get one in metairie Louisiana for cheap

Could try unplugging the 8 pin connector on the drivers side of the trans, and see if the behavior changes any. You won't have ANY automatic function though, and no O/D or TCC lockup either.

I'm not worried about the automatic part I've been having to shift it myself for a month or two but if that works you will be a life saver
