Default Steering still an issue

I replace the pump, steering gear box and some of the tie rods oh and the shock. I grease the ball joints.

It is now 3 or 4 months later and I suspect I still have a problem

When I start out after the truck has sat parked say all night the power steering is nice. I can easily turn the wheels in both directions, on gravel or if I like on asphalt.

Driving down the road the steering still is fine.

However, I can now be say in town trying to park and it's like I have no power steering?

This is not predictable. The next hard turn situation and it's back to normal!

Oh prior to this I replace the hydraulic assist unit.

Any suggestions?
This system is clogging and if so how do I flush it?

Are you low on fluid? Gas or diesel?
