Holy crap, 32 lug nuts are not gonna be cheap. Not even sure that any one parts store is going to have enough.... but anyway, take one of your rims to the nearest large chain parts store, show 'em what ya got, and they should be able to take care of you.

I know mcgard has longer lug nuts that will fit. When i got my truck it had aftermarket rims but the nut's they used are a bit short. If someone uses an impact the socket will chew up the rim as it looks they did to yours. I will eventually will get part # McGard 64806 to replace them.

question, when wheel is installed do the studs stick out
through the holes?? if so how much?

you may need a shouldered style lug nut, ball seat style
or lug nut with washer if enough stud sticks through
and they are probably 1/2- 20 ball seat but hard to tell

a photo of the wheel ON the truck would be better because it
would give a visual of what you are going to need

if not on the back of the wheel then the wheel manufacturer and wheel part number is probably stamped inside.

my business partner and I got the contract to liquidate a local speed/4x4/import shop
2 years ago and i learned a lot about wheels and still have 1000+ lugs that i haven't gotten to ebay yet

EDIT: found this video explaining difference

They appear to use acorn or ball-seat lugnuts, judging by the pictures. Literally any parts store can help you.

I dig those wheels.
