Default Adtermarket headlights

Where's the best place for quality aftermarket headlights and fog lights? I hit a deer in my 99 sport and need to replace my lights. I currently have clear lens headlights and I like them but they were cheap eBay ones and got moisture inside all the time. All all the eBay ones cheap junk?

Check out AM-Autoparts.com. They have a good selection, and decent pricing.

I just changed my housings out with these http://www.ebay.com/itm/171965820904?_trksid=p2060353.m2749.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT It's only rained once so will have to wait a while to thoroughly endorse them but they seem really well built so far.

Also upgraded to Superbrightleds bulbs and wow what a difference. No more tailgating to use the car in fronts headlights!!

I have ones similar to these that I have had for over 10 years. Just polished them up with some PlastiX and put a clear vinyl over the housing to protect them. Get decent lighting with the Phillips bulbs as well.

Can you please provide some more details about the part numbers of the Superbrightleds bulbs you used?

Those are the low on sport housing. Not sure if a 96 uses same size but there website lets you enter in truck info and shows you all the bulbs available

When you buy AM headlights, you should get some clear silicone and reseal around all the seams, before installing. Most will tell you that in the instructions. Haven't had any issues with my Dakota's.

I think there was a post on here about the different led bulbs for the single bulb housings. These where the ones i believe where better than what superbrightleds offers if i recall.

Thanks for the info on the LED headlight bulbs. I'm converting my truck over to sport headlights, so this information will be helpful soon.

I'd like to see a follow-up comparison with those LED's. Their lumen claim is interesting, 6600 vs 1000 of halogen bulbs.
