Default Is the 340 Mopar Engine the same as block as the 318?

I'm looking to do a swap in my 96 5.2 5 speed Ram. It's currently got a 318 from a Jeep Cherokee I put in it after the original motor was at the end of its life. While it's hard to resist the reliability of another 318, I'm doing a swap already with either a brand new one or a 340 given that I can find one and it's the same block so I can keep it fuel injected with my intake manifold.

Intake manifold bolts will be at the wrong angle on the 340 heads. If you want more cubes, just get a 93 or newer 360.

The 318 and 360 are basically the same motor just with different bore and stroke.
