Default 94 dodge ram 1500 5.9L wont start

Cranks but wont start. I replaced the ECM, crankshaft sensor, and cam sensor. Ignition coil and alternater are months old and I had them checked out and theyre fine. No spark, and no power to the ignition coil when cranking. Been at this for months. Please help!

There is a link to down load a service manual. It's in the DIY section I think. Should have wiring diagrams in it. Have you checked fuses?
