Default Please help, work truck disabled by alarm system

Hey guys i really need your help. Battery died in the work truck popped in a new one and now the anti theft goes off everytine the key is turned to the acc position. The fob locks and unlocks the doors still and the panic button still works. Ive tried everything from pulling the battery for an hour to pulling security relays and fuses to holding the valet button for 1,3,5, 30 sec and also untill the alarm went off still nothing. Ive been searching the forums and trying all the things ive seen you guys suggest but none quite work.

Is it factory anti-theft or aftermarket?

Re-read your post. If you have a valet button, it's not factory. (Little button switch hidden out of sight somewhere?) Usually the valet switch is pushed 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 times when first turned on to disable the alarm. Most installers set it to 3. Try each number of times but give it a minute in between tries.
