Default 99 Ram 2500. Stalls out when shift from reverse-stop-drive.

I have a dedicated plow truck that is used only for my drive. Truck will often cut off after shifting from reverse to drive. I usually warm it up for 10 mins. when cold with auto starter. If I shift from reverse, stop at N and then shift to drive, it will not cut off.

Fluid level is good.

Changed crank pos. sensor two years ago.

This truck is on its death bed. Cab mounts rusting out. Floorboards bad shape. Still plows though.

What brand crank sensor did you get? Your symptoms generally indicate one going bad, or, one the PCM simply doesn't like.

Can't recall. Probably the cheapest one from advance auto.

Which is recommended?

I guess I'll change that ****. Hands healed after a few weeks last swap.

Yeah, ain't that the truth.... Not exactly one of those parts that is easy to swap. Best bet: Get one from the dealer.
