Yes but that is the "TOP" of the dash cover. You can see in my pics, my problems are in the "FRONT" of my dash like where the glove box is and just below the radio and etc.

I have a new dash cover, it works nice, but that only fixes the top portion of the dash.

My dash was cracked and had holes on the top.
My son and I replaced the dash about 8 years ago.
