Default lef blinker light dim, dashboard light for left blinker stays on

I have replaced both the blinker fuse the left head light fuse the flasher and the light bulbs. I for the love of me can not figure out why the left blinker is very dim i cant even see it blink and on the dash board the left turn signal light stays on even if the blinker is off. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

ok so the bottom coil of the light bulb that i guess gives the brightness is not getting voltage or something because its not blinking. Any idea on how to fix this is it a socket issues or a fuse somewhere that i don't know about.

Do the reverse lights work? Do you have Trailer harness? Make sure its not corroded.
Are all the sockets free of rust?

How about the turn signal switch? Aka multi-function switch. If flashers work and you've replaced bulbs, relays and checked sockets, I'd go there next.

Remove the left front turn signal bulb. Does the rear work normally? Put the front back in and remove the rear. Does the front work normally?

And you can also try to tilt the steering wheel up and down while testing. The wires in there are prone to breakage.
