Default Engine missing with no cel...

I have a 2001 5.2l ram. I just replaced my plenum gasket, while I was that far also replaced plugs, wires, dist cap, iac sensor, tps sensor, had injectors cleaned, cleaned tb. Now the truck runs like it only on 6 cylinders with no cel. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. ...

Look at the spark plug wire TSB for proper routing. But it could also just be that you have a couple of plug wires swapped.

I rewired it 3 times to be sure plus I followed the tsb for the wire routing. No change

double check every electrical connection in the area you worked on. look carefully at the harness anywhere it could have been crushed. also check your vacuum lines. if thats all good, spray some starting fluid[ or propane, wd40, something that makes a nice fireball when you spray it over a lighter. the idea is to add some fuel to any leaking air.] around the intake mating surfaces while the engine is running. if it changes while you are doing this you have a vacuum leak and need to redo the gaskets where you found the leak.

Verify that your injectors are plugged in properly as well..... The engine is sequential fire, so only one injector is firing at a time, so, they need to fire at the RIGHT time.
