Add-on rear bumper steps?

It's not there to help the passenger get into the truck. It is colloquially known as the "Oh My God!" bar..... and it is there for the passenger to grab ahold of, when he/she utters those words.

Ostensibly, you could use the steering wheel to help you into the truck, but, if you have tilt wheel, they suggest you NOT do that...... Not sure just what they expect folks to do......

Yeah, my wife complains about not being able to get into the passenger seat on my truck. She claims it's too high (stock 1500 4x4 height), I'd like it a little higher, actually...
