Does anyone know of some type of conversion kit or something that i can install to make my sliding back window power? I have a 2001 Ram 1500 sport

I have one in my 98, but, I do believe it is aftermarket. Not sure if you can even find them anymore. LMC truck might be a good place to look.

I converted my manual window to a power window in my Tacoma, but it only has a single pane that slides, not the split panes like the dodges.

Copy and paste to two lines together and put the "." where it is supposed to go...

It was rather easy to do. The reason I did it was because my Tacoma is a double cab and I could not easily reach the window. My dodge is a single cab so I really don't need this mod. However, I can see how it could easily be done. Use two actuators, either electrically connected together or with individual switches. Same effect. The part number should work or use a ram with less "throw" as the dodge sliders do not individually open 12" each.
