That screen shot I provided, it is reffered to as fuel trim. Is that the same thing as fuel sync?

Unfortunately, no. Fuel trim is how much fuel the O2 sensors are pulling or adding to keep a proper balance.
Fuel sync is basically timing the cam and crank to the injectors. I'll pull a screenshot of what enginuity calls it.

Set Sync Signal - JTEC Only. 3rd from the bottom. This is from the expansion pack I linked earlier.

BAD ECU!!!!!! -resolved

We put in the rebuilt ECU I bought, set the timing and fuel sync. WIdeband o2 sensor idling around 12 instead of 15-16, acceleration improved a lot, just on the stock tune of the new ecu.

I appreciate everyone's input
